We supply you with specialized heating equipment and fans to circulate air in your apartment. We also provide a laser thermometer to take temperature readings in and around your apartment. Bed bugs, bed bug eggs and most other insects cannot survive at high temperatures. We recommend 24hrs-36hrs to be sure walls and interior cracks also reach the required temperature.

1 Room = up to 400 SQ feet. Larger spaces may need to be treated 24hrs at a time. I.E. a 2 bedroom apartment would be considered 3 rooms (room 1, room 2, living room).

Compared to a chemical treatment the steps can be accomplished in a few hours. We will provide a detailed list but you must move all furniture away from walls and take out any flammable items from the room(s).

We are not professional exterminators although we know several because we tried everything. We washed all our clothes, did 3 chemical treatments and bought entirely new furniture. Nothing worked except for HEAT. We had to buy this system and we are renting it out to help recover our costs. With a professional heat treatment quote of $5000 for our 2 bedroom apartment it didn’t seem like an option but these are the same heaters the pro’s use and now you can use them too for 1/10th of the price.

Heat will kill everything in the room! The only reason to dry clean is to get the clothes to the heat temp that kills bed bugs. Dry cleaning would be redundant.
